Consignment Terms & Condition
1. Consignment Period
The minimum consignment period shall be 30 days from the date when an agreement is signed. The Consignee agrees to display and make reasonable efforts to sell the Items during this period.
2. Retrieval Fee
If the Consignor requests to retrieve the Item(s) within the first 30 days, a fee of HKD 500 per item shall apply. After the 30-day period, retrieval is permitted at no additional cost with 3 working days notice, subject to the Item(s) remaining unsold.
3. No Commission
The Consignee agrees to sell the Item(s) without commission. The full sale price (minus any agreed-upon fees, if applicable) shall be remitted to the Consignor upon successful sale.
4. Pricing & Sale
The Items shall be sold at the agreed-upon retail value unless otherwise negotiated in writing. The Consignee shall notify the Consignor promptly upon sale and transfer proceeds within 7 business days.
5. Item Condition & Liability
The Consignee shall take reasonable care of the Items but is not liable for loss/damage due to unforeseen events (e.g., theft, natural disasters).
The Consignor warrants that the Items are authentic and free from legal disputes.
6. Unsold Items
If the Items remain unsold after the consignment period, the Consignor may:
Retrieve the Item(s) at no cost, or
Extend the consignment term under new terms.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice, subject to the retrieval fee (if applicable).
